By accessing and using the Spend Shield - Defensible Spend Decision Making (Spend Shield), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify the platform administrator of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Spend Shield only for legitimate procurement activities. You must not:

  • Submit false or misleading information in bids or registrations
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other organisations
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software comprising Spend Shield are the intellectual property of the platform operator. Users retain ownership of data they submit to the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spend Shield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The platform operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
